Rooted in Macon.
Built on relationships.
In 1971, C. Warren Selby Sr. founded Warren Associates in Macon. Fifty-five years later, our work is part of everyday life across Middle Georgia: places to learn, worship, receive care, gather, and serve the community.
As we celebrate this milestone, we’re looking back at the projects that helped shape our company and thanking the people who made them possible.
A history you can see around you.
Some of our most meaningful work gives a familiar place a new chapter. From a former school to a historic ballpark, these projects show how construction can preserve a connection to the past while making room for what comes next.

New purpose for a Macon landmark
The transformation of the former Lanier High School into medical office space brought a new use to a familiar building. Warren’s work on The Lanier Building is part of our history of adapting existing spaces to meet changing needs.

A ballpark built for more memories
At Luther Williams Field, renovation helped prepare a historic ballpark for a new era of baseball. The project earned a first-place 2019 AGC Build Georgia Award, recognizing the work behind one of Macon’s best-known gathering places.
Explore the ballpark renovation →That community connection extends to South Bibb Recreation Complex, the Macon-Bibb Fire Safety Training Center, and the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank. Their purposes differ, but each supports people who call this region home.
Relationships are part of what we build.
Our founder’s commitment to treating employees, subcontractors, and customers with respect remains part of Warren’s story. A successful project depends on people listening to one another, sharing their expertise, and following through.
Today, C. Warren Selby Jr. leads the company as president, with Mason Selby in project management and C. Warren Selby III in field supervision. Together with the wider Warren team, they carry that family connection into the daily work of the company.
Our 55th anniversary belongs to everyone who has contributed to that work: clients who placed their trust in us, architects and engineers who helped shape the plans, trade partners who brought specialized skills, and employees who turned those plans into finished spaces.
Still building for Middle Georgia.
Our anniversary year also brings work on two significant Macon-Bibb civic projects. Each continues Warren’s involvement in the buildings that support local government and public service.
