Assisted Living Building at The Cottages at Woodland Terrace

Warren Associates, Inc. has completed construction on a new assisted living home for The Cottages at Woodland Terrace, one of the largest retirement homes in Milledgeville, Georgia in Baldwin County. The state-of-the-art $7 million assisted living facility is a 35,000 square foot building that has 33 assisted living suites.
