Cliffview Park is located off Houston Avenue, and is surrounded by Cliffview Drive, Rutherford Avenue, Antioch Road, and Robert Henry Street. The park was heavily wooded, with a pond and trails when we arrived. Our scope for the project was to construct a new pavilion, parking lot, sidewalks, timber and gravel steps towards the pond, mulched walking trails, wooden boardwalk that crosses a corner portion of the pond, and elevated boardwalk over a low-lying area. An unusual requirement of the project was to mill and re-asphalt Cliffview Drive from Houston Avenue to Rutherford Avenue.
