About this project.
Warren Associates transformed an abandoned Walmart building in Forsyth, Georgia, into a medical mall for physicians and other medical services. Early work addressed existing code violations.
The team invited public safety officers to tour the site and provided keys for after-hours emergencies. Warren Associates also helped the owner obtain city approval of signage and parking plans and secure a legal easement for an accessible ramp.
