This project was a transformation of an abandoned Walmart building in Forsyth, GA into a mall for physicians and other medical services. As work began, Warren Associates, Inc. corrected code violations overlooked by Walmart. Warren Associates invited public safety officers to tour the site and gave them keys in case of an after-hours emergency. To help the Owner, Warren Associates got city approval of signage and parking plans and secured a legal easement for a handicapped ramp.
