Project overview
About this project.
A July 2011 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax agreement included Bibb County’s absorption of Macon’s engineering department. The County sought proposals for a $1 million renovation and expansion of an existing engineering complex to accommodate the new Macon-Bibb County employees.
With just eight weeks allowed for completion, Warren Associates delivered the project early and well within budget. The work received First Place in the 2013 Build Georgia Awards.
